This workshop will train attendees on the use of Terrific Telescopes, a hands-on activity kit intended to engage and enrich the math/science learning experience for students in the middle grades. It was developed as part of HOO, a four year program funded by a $1.7 million dollar grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) to design and implement a science enrichment program for students.
The instructor for the workshop will be Mr. Dirk Fabian (Student Services Lead, SPIE).
